No arms, no armour por Robert David Quixano Henriques
Published just as Britain entered WWII, the book looks forward to continuing peace (and indeed contains an author's note expressing a desire that peace would continue written days before the Nazi invasion of Poland). The irony of publication just as WWII began heightens the value of the book (though it must still be read with an understanding as to the context of the author to be enjoyed).
