I received this book from Early Reviewers. It is a pretty little book with many good ideas. It is not something I would follow day to day .

As with any books like these, there are some great tips, but they get repeated throughout the book. Still, its a nice little coffee table or bathroom book for a quick look-through.

I read these daily inspirations for several months and have enjoyed what I have read so far. Hart guides her readers in small easy to accomplish doses to care more for their health and wellness, especially for their skin. Each day has a little piece of knowledge to impart or action on which the reader can focus. This little book has beautiful borders and would make the perfect gift.
