The Falklands Naval Campaign 1982 - War in the… por Edward Hampshire
A useful short overview of the Falklands War - certainly a useful briefing for attending events to mark Falklands 40 in 2022! A few mistakes and, when I have time, I will note them here - one is his referring to an RFA as Her Majesty's Ship.
The thing I got out of this book was just what a narrow margin it was for the British; a number of things, if they had gone just slightly the other way, could have spelled disaster for the British, and changed the outcome of the war. You also get the impression that the Argentines, at the top level, fought with great valour (in a poor cause).
