I think I'm getting too hung up on the fact that there is NO ZUCCHINIS in a book called The Accidental Zucchini. But I give it a whole extra star because I love the octopus overalls and vegetable volcano.

The author of this book puts together the words that no one would ever think of pairing up.I don't really see a point of doing that. No parts of this book were appealing to me. The name of this book is misleading. I was expecting an zucchini going on some sort of adventure while learning the letters of the alphabet.It is a good book for preK to K students.

In this story went on a macy taxi day with Max. The pictures showed alot of verbal puns that were very cute.
