Very American, but I'm now inspired to do some research in finding Canadian equivalents of many websites, apps, groups that were mentioned. Definitely a beginner's guide.

Divided up into sections on the importance of the resistance, how to resist (from a girl's perspective), and taking care of yourself, this slim volume is full of actionable tips and advice from a host of women.
