This book does a great job of outlining of the "hows" and "whys" of social media. I have many years marketing/communications experience, with only a few years of social media experience. I learned alot: Meredith Gould was able to bring me up to speed on social media context I had been avoiding or had no need of yet (for example: Twitter, which I haven't had need to embrace yet). Also cool was how the author gives the social media team tools to explain and teach other members of staff and congregation. This is a great book for anyone wanting to know what and why Catholics celebrate during their major religious holiday. It is by a Ms. Gould who is a convert to the Catholic religion who saw a need for new and old catholics to have a book explaining how and why certain customs were practiced. It is an easy read filled with great details.
