I love that this book has endless possibilities of what could be in the box. The illustrations are bold, the color scheme of the book is just black and orange with just a random splash of white. the story is an open ended story, as we never find out what's in the box.

This book is all about colors. I love how it brings up concepts like saturation and breaks them down in a simple way for children to understand. This book would be a great introduction to colors and the color wheel, which is brought up in the end of the book. This would be a great book to share with young students in art class.
