Beverly Goldberg

People don’t usually read cookbooks just for the fun of reading them, but this cookbook certainly is one that is fun to read. Written by the real Beverly Goldberg and featuring many of the recipes showcased in the television series, this collection of recipes is quite entertaining in its own right. Interspersed with the recipes are many quips and quotes as well as pictures of the show’s actors. The recipes actually look quite tasty, especially if you like cheese. Cheese seems to be the dominant ingredient, in fact. Almost any main course can be made better by throwing in a bit - or more - of cheese. This cookbook would make a great addition to anyone’s library, whether they are a beginning cook or accomplished chef, especially if their family likes cheese.
