The first publication of famed Berkeley chef Alice Waters, published the year prior to the opening of her restaurant Chez Panisse. The portfolio contains thirty recipes printed from calligraphy and with charming illustrations appeared in the San Francisco Express Times 'Alice's Restaurant' column Alice Waters.
