Camelea was preparing for her brother’s birthday by playing hide-and-seek with her. She hid among the red hummingbird plants. She loved the way they looked. Summary:
Camelea was a little girl who had her own style. Her mom braided her hair for her and she loved it and ran off to play. She made friends with a seagull and other animals that thought her hair was something fun. She partied and made a hummingbird dance and all her brothers friends joined in. She spent the day with her brother and his friends for his birthday, and at the end of the night replayed her dad before falling asleep.
Personal Reaction:
I loved how vibrant it was, and how excited the little girl was about her hair and the animals. She was a playful little girl, and it reminded me of being a little girl and loving life again.
Extension ideas:
1. Put string on a head to make hair and play with it.
2. Draw hair of all diffrent colors to aid in imagination.
