Good book. A little confusing at times because the supporting characters were so similar in both the present time and the past time; but overall a good story. A little different than some time travel as it switches back and forth between the time traveler in the past and what is going on in the present time while the traveler is gone.
The author mesmerized me from the very beginning of this haunting tale. This romance is definitely a must read and will have you considering the possibility of past-lives like never before. I found myself reading each page quickly because I just had to know how it ended. The romance of a love strong enough to fight against time itself and that's all I'm saying because I can't give away the plot! This is a book I would highly recommend and will be reading again and again. Mrs. Gibbs draws you in from the very first page and refuses to let you go until the very end. You're going to love the ending! Island of Secrets is an incredible read!… (más)
