Stealing Serenity is the fourth book in the Tall, Dark, and Dominant series by Reese Gabriel. I chose this book because I have always been a fan of Reese Gabriel ever since I read Nyssa’s Guardian. I have never read a bad story by Reese Gabriel.

Serenity is a workaholic. She goes to the extreme to hire a date for a work party because she does not have the time or want to date. She assumes that her date is gay, but Ross is anything but that. Serenity’s friend Listonia sees the perfect person for her son in Serenity and plays matchmaker.

Ross was a hot and sexy Dom. He seemed to have endless patience. He wants Serenity and he will do what it takes to get her. Even in the end, it was hard to see what he saw in Serenity as she spend so much time trying to run in the opposite direction.

The chemistry between Serenity and Ross was off the charts. Serenity fights Ross right up to the end in regards to her being a submissive. It did make for some great sex scenes. The sex scenes were hot, spicy and explosive.

I was distracted by the dreams that Serenity had in regards to BDSM. It was odd and never tied back into the story, nor can I see a purpose for them.

I would have loved it if the book was longer. The book was over way to fast. Overall, this was a great book. Reese Gabriel wove a wonderful tale. I cant wait to read the next book in the series.… (más)
