A Great Guide to Christology

I have to admit that I listen occasionally to Homebrewed Christianity. While I am not a subscriber, I do download it when I find the topic/speaker interesting. I am also a pastor, so some of the deeper theological discussions presented in the book are ones I have heard or debated in myself.
With those two thing up front, I have to say I enjoyed this book. While I thought some of the cartoon bubbles took away from the read, I understand they were there to break a somewhat heavy book. The jokes just broke in at the wrong times, it seemed.
That would be the only negative in a very positive book. This is an approachable look at Christology taking very complex thoughts and boiling them down to approachable thoughts. They are still left in their complex nature, so that may turn some off, but they are a great summary of how each theologian thought.
I would hand this to someone looking for the next step in faith. This is not a beginner's book, but rather would be great for those with a good base, have read some theology, and just wants more.
Great publication from Fortress Press.

This book is an entertaining easy-to-read introduction to Christology. Additionally, it brings many theologians into the conversation. Such as, NT Wright, J. Moltmann, and others.
