Cute short story
I felt that this left a lot to be desired for me. I am a fan of things that have a "Twilight Zone" feel to it, but this just felt like most of the story was left out. Would have liked to have seen more put into it.
It was okay, but I tend to require more than what this provided for me. It was a quick, easy read. For me, a one time read.

A sad and rather wishful story from the point of view of an autistic girl faced with the possibility of an experimental treatment that may cure her – but make her less ‘special.’ Well-written, but I’m deducting a star for my personal dislike of romanticizing brain dysfunction.
Moving story of an autistic girl so gifted that she is almost another species...
