The writing is horrible, it reads like an infomercial (call now to fix all your personal problems, only $19.95 plus shipping and handling. Call right now and we'll add a set of steak knives). That being said, the underlying message is rather compelling and the exercises and worksheets included with the book are invaluable. Just skim through the book, reading the odd titled section that catches your eye and then go to town with the exercises in the back.
