This was such a tragic novel. The story of a lonely in love with a woman who has never seen him "that way". A woman starving for love but doesn't realize the real thing until it is too late. Three junkies and a dealer making what could have been a magical weekend into a weekend to forget.

It was a good novel. But isn't on my to-read-again list.

This book looks at the nature that seems to control each community. Starting out with the disturbed family life and the good people in the community and how the bad can come back and hurt the good in the everyone and turn the good to bad.

I enjoyed this book. I really liked the characters and the storyline. It was a quick read. It is a story of drugs and the effects it has on everyone in the community- people new in the community and people who have lived there forever. All the characters are interconnected through the acts of high individuals on one fateful night. Would recommend to others
