Reference and information service is one of the core services rendered by the library, it aims at registering smiles on the faces of users with an information challenge. This book is an effective tool for understanding the concept and method of solving users queries, in this case, the school pupils.

Much of this was boring and dry and contained info that teachers should already know (of course, if you're a school librarian who has never taught, the introductory info might be helpful about how different students learn, assessment, etc.). This book is a great resource for beginning teachers and administrators -- a text model of what school libraries AND teacher librarians can do for and with them. The winners are the entire school community. Packed with great tips and scenarios, this is a practical and inspiring book. Put on everyone's desk!
