This is book one of two of Emily and Logan's story. There are more in the series but the first two are about Emily and Logan and yes the first book ends on a cliffhanger but lets just say its not an abrupt ending it is actually a nice cliffhanger. This story is about Logan who is deaf and he meets Emily who has reading problems so they find different ways to communicate. Logan is an amazing character, he is so sweet and sexy but has a loving heart not only for Emily but for his family too. I loved how much him and his brothers showed each other just how much they love each other and how close they are to each other. Emily is a bit of an enigma in this story we don't get too much information on her throughout the book. We only know that she is homeless and she has a loving heart so Logan helps her out. I highly recommend this book and series to anyone who loves a great romance story.… (más)
I enjoyed this story but won't continue. I firmly believe each book should be about each brother then done! I'm tired of reading long, drawn out stories that should be one book long just for the author to make more money! Come on......write a different book with a different story for shit's sake instead of boring us to death in order to make more money. The only way to stop this is to stop buying into the problem!!
3-1/2 stars really so I rounded up. Interesting story of a deaf mute guy and a runaway girl. I thought that he was oddly written in that he was such a stud at 21 years old. That element seemed like maybe he ought to have been 25 or so to have so much experience under his belt. Her reasons for running away from home seemed a bit underwhelming. I expected something bigger from all the lead up. The relationship between the two of them was sweet though. And I liked all the brothers.
I loved Logan. Emily was nice too but I LOVED LOGAN. So sweet and so strong, my fav sort of guy. Great story with an engaging plot and fabulous characters.
