Emotional healing is a big topic in the modern society. It’s just as important as physical healing. And they’re correlated with each other very much. As sometimes a person with a wonderful physical health could still get ill. The critical reason for this lies on the emotional health. Also, physical unhealthiness could lead to emotional unhealthiness; emotional unhealthiness could lead to physical unhealthiness. This is why emotional wellbeing is so important.
The book has made great efforts for improving emotional wellbeing. It describes the cause of unhealthy emotion. As one of the reason said rationality has limits. So it can create stress on you. Unfriendly environment, bad habit about making false judgment all could lead to emotional unhealthiness.
The book has talked exclusively about the methods or techniques for emotional wellbeing. Those methods include zen techniques of going into the pain, zero limits adapter Ho’oponopono, affirmations, basic talk. basicvisualization, huna techniques and much more.
Most of all, the book gave so many insights about how to deal with emotional crisis, negative physical and emotional conditioning limitation, overgeneralization disaster, behavior and perspective healing effectiveness, out of conscious mind matters, boundaries maintaining and emotional healing foundation building.
As we know human being is irrational. So it’s very important to notice that we need to embrace arationality, and then found solutions how to change arationality into peace of mind.
One important thing about emotional healing is it’s an evolutionary guidance system. We’re not just ourselves; we’re part of the human being group. So the suffering and pain on us are not just directed at us. It’s the human being evolutionary. By surviving our own pain and suffering, we pass on the survival genes to others. Just as the book points out that we’re building up focus on ourselves, our kin and our environment. Why this is working, because our evolutionary drive tends to be emotional that’s why we need to knock down those unhealthy emotional part to achieve the survival goal.
Our body is programmed to function for one job after another. If our emotional wellbeing are impaired, then we could have major breakdown, so trying to unstuck those conjected emotion feeling are very important. This include getting rid of preconception, reducing negative signal intensity, persistence with emotional healing as are all important. Emotion healing works much better if you start from the beginning and keep moving on without stop.
At the end of the book, we know how important to create a safety environment for emotional healing and maintain boundary is very important tool. To keep this tool working, we need to work out of way exploring our physical and emotional boundary and we also need to find a way to apply boundary enforcement. Healthy boundaries can benefit many ways. There’re quite a bit of healing milestones for the boundary achievement.
Another comment about the book is for each chapter there’s a wonderful poem attached to it. This giving you a clear picture about what emotion healing means in this part of subject. And best of best there’s a hint sentence at the beginning of each chapter.

This book had way too many headings and very little useful content. I did think that the exercises at the end of each section included some interesting questions to spend some time contemplating. However, I didn't find any answers in the other 300 pages of the book.
