This is one of the most used books on my shelves. My medication of choice is herbs so I need a good reference guide at hand - This book is perfect for my needs. It's aimed at people using herbs for every day medicinal purposes and is organized alphabetically both by herb name and ailment. Each entry is straight forward, easy to read, and practical. Information is given in each entry on function, usage, preparation, dosage, and any precautions that should be observed.
