Based on a true story about Dougal a teddy bear who ends up living at the dump watches daily how the trucks and tractors (Dragon) move trash throughout the dump. Initially a sad start about a bear who is tossed out, eventually reveals that even in bad times we must make the best of things which turn out to be something good.
