Ann Doro

This realistic fiction tells the story of two young twin girls getting in to trouble. The author describes each twin engaging in activities that young children can relate to, such as: eating too much, coloring on the walls, jumping on their beds, scaring old ladies, etc... However, there is no real plot except for describing their actions. They do not learn any lessons, and they have no yearning to change.

Age Appropriateness: Primary

Characterization: The twins in the story are round, because we get to know their behaviors and actions, but they remain flat, because they do not change throughout the story.
