The six brave explorers is a bed time book about well you guessed it six brave explorers. the twist though is that one by one they meet a blood and gore child friendly death at the hands of different animals in Egypt until the last brave explorer runs home to be in his bed. This story is great for new readers because it is written in simple words and small sentences and the addition of the pop up pictures really helps to keep the children involved in the story. Personally I think that this story is best kept for at home one on one reading between parent and child due to its simplicity and that children like to touch popup books.… (más)
