I enjoyed this book for the light, easy to read nature of it. It's not the fad self-help books but like a small voice reminding you to take time for yourself and your mental well-being so you can enjoy your life and everyone in it. I especially like the parts about "cutting lose a friend" it seemed like well just get rid of them...but there was a lot of good advice to consider.
