Perhaps you just want to know how to set the table ? It's all there. I have been watching cooking shows, reading various cookbooks over the years and been amazed at the abilities of the chefs. This book makes me feel comfortable to prepare just about anything. The hows and whys of certain methods was eye opening. I plan on buying it for several of my foodie friends.
