This is a book about personal typology using the five elements of Chinese Medicine as a guide. I am not sure about an additional typological scheme is needed. Humans are complex and do multiple things in multiple ways. The five objects are wood, fire, caregiver, architect, philosopher. In order the regimen human faculties: trailblazer, optimist, caregiver, architect, philosopher. Then there is an extensive needs list for each type.
