Bailey is a typical teenager who lives with his mom in a suburban home. His dad went missing a long time ago and Bailey has more or less come to terms with this. That is until he finds a super suit underneath his house and things become very unusual. Bailey tries on the suit and is connected to a stranger who goes by the name of Mr. Jones. Jones claims to know where Bailey's long lost father is and through the suit Bailey will be able to rescue his father and bring him home.

I enjoyed this book. It is told from a dual perspective - one from current Bailey and the other from previous Bailey. Both perspectives read as a vocal confessional and feels as if Bailey is talking directly to the reader. There is minimal language and violence, making this suitable for a younger audience. I enjoy that the perspective is from a supervillain rather than a superhero. This offers a unique spin on the typical trope of super-ness. I would recommend.

When Bailey was seven, his father disappeared, so did a robot suit called Mayhem that would rob banks. That was ten years ago and when Bailey stumbles into a secret cave that has the Mayhem suit everything changes. As soon as he puts on the suit he is transported to a secret warehouse were he meets Mr.Jones. It turns out that Mr.Jones can control the Mayhem suit and has Bailey go through difficult and deadly exercises. After a while he has him tack down a store house for a terrorist group that has his dad. After a week or so Mr.Jones tells Bailey to rod a armored car to get some money. On a jewelry store job the terrorist group attacks and Bailey tries to stop it he is automatically accused of being with the group. When Bailey gets suspicious about the jobs, he then starts looking for Mr.Jones. When heads to the location he finds a unknown town that houses and supplies the terrorist group. Will Bailey know the real truth and most importantly will Bailey ever see his dad again?

In my opinion this book was not the best book I ever read. The format of this book is telling the story from past thoughts and actions. The plot was hard to take in because I was so used to this one plot and then half way through the book it changes entirely. Also the setting would change so quickly that it was hard to keep up. Through out the book Bailey would interrupt the story with some present day news. At the end of this book it left me on a cliffhanger and there are no other books to pick up were it left off. I would recommend this book to Middle School kids and that like science fiction. This book may not have been my favorite but that doesn't mean other kids wont like.
