Nabina Das

'Footprints in the Bajra' came as a pleasant surprise. It had my attention from the moment I read its summary. To top it, I started enjoying reading this book for the way the narrative keeps changing while the story continues. This makes it easier to gain insight in each character.

What I like most is that the characters and situations feel grounded, realistic. The way Nabina's writing style subtly highlights the differences in approach towards the same ideology, the utopian dreams, the harsh realities and individual motives involved makes this book a great read.… (más)
