Multiple morals - "hero" has to reconcile with dad who divorced his mom and moved to another city with a new family, deal with income limitations, recognize the mean kid has his own problems and help him fix them and stay friends with his original group of friends. It's fine for what it is. I haven't read the Wolfbay books in years, but memory wise I'd say they are much better both on the off ice and on ice parts. Cover claims it is for 8-13. The divorce theme could account for the 8, but I can't see a 13 year old really enjoying it unless they are bad readers.… (más)
