I have made a few of these projects, and have no trouble reading most of the patterns - my main beef is with the (otherwise excellent) Bald Eagle pattern: some of the browns are indistinguishable from one another, and I was forced to manually redraw the pattern in Bead Wizard and print that out in order to have something readable. I also don't like patterns that make use of the plated beads (because we all know that the finish rubs off of them after any kind of real wear), so for the fancy dragon pattern I had to do some color-swapping. But the designs themselves are fabulous; and in each case I wound up mimicking the shown cords exactly, as I am not good at designing those and the models are so beautiful! Bead pattern books are pricey; but I have found this one well worth it.… (más)
