A book written for a beginning level reader with a question and answer section at the end. It is a very well written and easy to read book.

Main character, Anne Shirley, lived in Orphanage.
When she was 11 years old, she was protected by Cuthbert family.
For five years since she begins to live there, until she graduates from a Queen institute. This is a this book’s tale.
I know this story from to watch animation and to read Japanese ver.
I enjoyed this book but noticed that contents are omitted considerably.
If there is an opportunity, I would like to read the same upper level book.

This book is about four sisters-Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy in Massachusetts.
They were very poor but they tried to give solders socks because this time was war period.
Also, their father was away due to the war, and mother worked at hospital for injured solders.
They solved many happnings themselves.

I was very shocked to Beth's death. I leaned the background.
However, I liked the last chapter because Meg was happy with John.
Money is not important in this story, so we can think happiness is more important than money.… (más)
