Carole Clements is an experienced food writer, editor and consultant. She lived in France for seven years, working in the food profession, and was awarded the Grande Diplome Culinaire from the Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne in Paris Elizabeth Wolf-Cohen has always loved food and cooking, and was mostrar más trained at the Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne in Paris.
