So far I've read 12 of the stories.

What strikes me is that despite being set at Christmas very few feel like Christmas stories.

What a cute little story! Definitely on the sweeter side of romance it features two men just made for each other. Sam is naturally shy, and Casey has suffered some significant personal losses lately. When they meet up, the interest is immediate, as is their realization they want more. The style is humorous and lighthearted, the plot simple and straightforward. Just the right thing if you're looking for a short feel-good story.

Sam is a quiet guy, an author who doesn't have a lot of expectations, He also has a good heart, so when hi new neighbor Casey slips on the ice in front of their apartment building and hurts his ankle, Sam overcomes his shyness and helps. While he is definitely attracted to Casey, he doesn't believe it could be mutual. He has no idea!

Casey has had a tough year, with his boyfriend of ten years cheating on him, then his mother dying. He is ready for a new start, but breaking his ankle as he moves in does not bode well. Except for one thing: Sam comes to his rescue and Casey decides that is not a bad thing. He wants the man, but he'll need all his stubbornness to convince Sam that he is serious.

If you like short, sweet stories with no angst and instant attraction that evolves into more, if you like reading about shy men coming out of their shell, and if some very creative G-rated swearing sounds like fun, you will probably like this short story.
