This is a debut by an American author, living in the Netherlands. It's nice, but not very strongly written. The main character is fun though, he's my reason for waiting for the second part in the series.

Het verhaal heeft de neiging je mee te slepen en dat maakt dat ik de schrijfstijl op de koop toe neem.
Sommige hoofdstukken zijn geschreven vanuit een ik-personage; andere vanuit een gewoon verhaal-perspectief (zodat je ook dingen te weten komt die het hoofdpersonage (nog) niet weet).
Een leuk, meeslepend verhaal, met voor mij de nodige humor.
