I really like this library book so much but it’s only an audiobook that is available from my library and I’d like to get the Kindle but I don’t buy it because it’s way over priced. This is a pretty good book that tells you how the brain works but I’m not so sure that even learning all of that is the way to prevent age induced memory loss. The near ration in the book is good but sometimes the book is so simplistic that it waste time by going over things that are really obvious and I wish it had picked up the pace a little bit.… (más)
