Computer Science: An Overview (10th Edition) por J. Glenn Brookshear
This book was assigned reading for the opening class to my MSIT. I found it a great refresher for a large part of my original CS degree. It is well put together and fairly easy to read. Lots of useful information. It is as the title says, an overview of all current Computer Science, so it does not go into real depth on any topic but enough to give one a good taste of a wide range of topics.
½Great book to introduce the theory and practical concepts of computer science.
