A bit repetitious. Some cut and paste stuff from is other writings. A good starter on Jamaican music.

In the first episode the Empire Windrush brings an exciting new style of music to London with the arrival of Caribbean Calypso star Lord Kitchener.

Enjoyed this one.

A really well organized guide to men's health topics. Easy to find a specific topic and/or to read through sections/chapters at a time. Very readable style

Overall a very informative book and worthwhile. Few of us really pay as much attention to health matters as we should in order to live as well as we can. This book goes a long way in focusing on issues we should be. As another reviewer pointed out written with a UK perspective. It was humorous to me to learn about "going out on the lash" which was brought up repeatedly. The US interpretation going out drinking.
