Fun little book on huckleberries, the treasure of the Western Alpine heights. Nothing more fun than to be out picking huckleberries and have a bear in the patch with you! Some nice recipes, of course, and a lot of lore. Blueberries are the nearest domestic cousin to this wildling, and they are boring, boring, boring compared to the sweet and tart taste of the wild huckleberry.
