This is a collection of ATCs from the editors of Quilting Art Magazine and Cloth Paper Scissors magazine. As such they do have a bias towards ATCs with fabric embellishments and/or a quilted design. There are a few techniques given using felt and painted fabric, but the majority of the book is a huge collection of very different ATCs from a large number of different artists. I particularly liked 0021 - 0025, Lynn Croswell; 0121 - 0125, Cristal Marie Wooten; and 0311 - 0315, Kathy Downie; where an artist explores a series of design decisions. This seems particularly well suited to this small and fast environment. I know I will refer to this often as there are dozens of ideas on every page.… (más)
