Maris Black

This is a new author to me but one I'm going to watch. She is still just rough enough that her story reads as totally from the heart. I enjoyed the pace and who couldn't adore Beck and Jeremy? There was a good group of secondary characters, a lot of the vulnerable innocence found in college kids. There was a good amount of angst but I was so caught up in the story that it did not bother me. The story was over before I new it but it ended on such a high note that a sequel might only hurt it.

Sexy introduction to the SSU Boys series. I enjoyed both Andrew and Emilio and the struggles that they went through. Both young men have a lot to overcome though who really knows how many truly straight guys are on the football team.

Incredible story of seduction, love and coming out. This story ends on a cliff hanger so have book two nearby. Jamie you're an idiot.

The story took off running right from where Kage ended. Kage has made it to the pros but is paying a heavy price mentally with his manipulative Uncle. Jamie is back in school where he is incommunicado with Kage and hears only what the new publicist is churning out. My angst meter nearly broke toward the end though.
