Jessica Berne

This story follows the life of the inventor of the "Aqualung" or scuba diving tanks. This man grew up in France and grew up loving the water, filming, and engineering. After continuing to develop in these three passions, he invented a waterproof camera/ case and the aqualung. He and his friends filmed the depths and wonders of the ocean for the first time and displayed their films in theaters, making history. I would use this in a oceanography unit/ problem solving.
