I read this for my certification. The book offers info on types and symptoms, as well as suggestions of how to diagnose, treat, and be helpful to the mother suffering from depression. I thought it a good resource, and will keep it for future reference. It hits home for those of us who have experienced depression, to let us know we are not alone.
