TOC where recipes are broken up into categories. Short intro about bread making, lots of important information about the different types of flour.
Each recipe starts with a title, color photo, servings, prep and cook times.
List of ingredients are given and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sugar, low sodium products.
Directions are given and there is a lot of nutritional information included per serving size:
calories, total fat, sat. fat, protein, carbs, fiber and sugars.
Love the different varieties and have about 5 marked to make as they are my favorite flavors. Like the recipes I use now but always looking for improvements.
