A kötet egyetemi tankönyv, emellett a társadalomtudományi kutatások módszertana alapvető, világszerte használt kézikönyvének új, hatodik kiadása, amely a 9. angol nyelvű kiadás fordítása, több ponton átdolgozásra került. A szerző előszavában részletesen ismerteti a változtatásokat, figyelembe véve a társadalomtudományok gyakorlata és az alkalmazott módszerek változása során végbemenő folyamatokat.

In the second short in the Virginia Templeton stories, Montgomery continues the excellent characterization that makes this woman so detestable yet you just have to know more. There has to be a reason she is so bitter, so jaded: but her ironclad control barely slips, and her history of telling the ‘best story’ for a reaction makes every revelation suspect.

This is a great short series, the character that you can love to hate but still want more, the men who appear and are discarded with little thought and lots of vitriol. Virginia has a sexual drive that feels fuelled by desperation and emptiness, the only time she ever mentions any sense of contentment or security are directly after having her needs met by one of the men she is toying with. What a sad life; but particularly effective when it is as a fictional character portrayal. This is one of those reads that you want to share, but you can’t quite pinpoint a positive attribute to the main character: although she is fascinating. The writing is clever and does all that you can hope for from a short story: makes you want more.

I received an eBook copy from the author for purpose of honest review for the Jeep Diva. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own responsibility.

This is one of my favorite textbooks. It's very well organized and explains concepts very well. But the two main reasons why I like it are that it uses very good examples and its funny. Check out the glossary in particular if you want a cheesy giggle.
