Such a cute and fun read. We have Jemma who is this adorable schoolteacher who lives with a few friends and one night while trying to clean out a cabinet she finds an old letter that seems like a love chain letter and says whoever finds it wish about their dream person and it will come true. Not wanting to tempt fate she goes to bed dreaming of her perfect guy. Earlier in that day she gets a scare and decides that maybe practicing her gun skills will help her feel more comfortable, so she goes to do just that. At the gun range she is not the most comfortable using a gun and makes a few mistakes, one being accidentally shooting a good-looking guy and scared she has killed him. This is where Oliver and Jemma first meet in an almost comical way, the attraction is there but they both have reasons for fighting it. One doesn’t feel worthy or like they fit into the other’s life and one is keeping a secret they’ve had for years that is important to them, but will the insecurities and secrets keep them apart or can they forge onward? A good read with funny moments and twists that some you can see and some that are a shocker but will keep you intrigued.… (más)
