Personal Review:
I liked this book because I feel like with all technology today that its hard to teach kids the basics. It is important for children to understand money and the bank since it will be a large part of their adult life.
Classroom Extension:
1. This would be a great introduction into a money lesson.
2. After reading the book to students, have a guest speaker from a local bank come and speak to the class.… (más)

This is a basic biography book that is very easy to read, with small paragraphs. It can be used for younger children. Each spread has a picture and a paragraph that coincides with that picture. There is a glossary in the back for unknown words, an index, and important dates. It has all the aspects of a good biography book. There is also a list of websites and other books that are recommended for further information on Coretta Scott King.
