I would only use this book if I was reading it to a student. There is a lot going on that would take away from the actual informational text on the page.

This book is all about crystals, what crystals are, how they're formed, and where to find them. Like the book about fossils, this is a super engaging book! Each page has its own heading/topic, with tons of fun information and facts. I learned stuff I didn't know before! There are hands-on activities for students to try included on some of the pages, which is super fun!
