Liked this one better than the first. Funny yet at one point it brought tears to my eyes. Very well done. ( )

NCLA Review - Lauren Eldridge thought she had left all the ghosts of Daily, Texas behind her, but painful memories come back when she returns home. Her father, his buddy, an ego driven superstar and his friend, the screenwriter, have come up with a plan to make a movie. Lauren is needed to tame the skittish horse to be used in the movie. Lauren realizes she must learn to forgive herself and ask others to forgive her. It is the only chance she has at getting rid of the guilt and have a second chance at life and love. Although this book was interesting, the story is not well developed. The climax of the story never seems to come and even the end was no surprise. Rating: 2 —NP ( )
