In the vein of 'The Land Before Time' movie, this, the third book in the 'Seekers' series, sees the culmination of the journey of three different species of bear cubs in finding their way to the book parallel of the Great Valley. Do they survive the many encounters with flat-faces (humans), with fire-beasts (vehicles), and all the other challenges they meet along the way? ( )

I have just finished Seekers 3 (Smoke Mountain).It was such a great novel. This novel was about 4 bears on a journey to a place called ''The LAST GREAT WILLDERNES''. The four bears Lusa , Tokylo , Urauk ,and Tillak have to cross woods ,rivers ,lakes , and many mountains to get there. This novel is full of ups and downs and plenty of adventure.

The bears: Kallik, Toklo, Ujurak, Lusa, are heading toward the Last Wilderness. After meeting Qopuk an old bear who was about to die, they had the knowledge of danger. "It's a hard journey for young bears like you, there are dangers... No-claws roam about." ( )

The book Smoke Mountain, the third book in the seekers series by Erin Hunter was so thrilling. Four bears Toklo, Lusa, Kallik, Taqqiq, and Ujurak on a journey to find the Last Great Wilderness."Where the bears can live peacefully and there is prey every where,' the bears have heard about the great wilderness and was very fascinated by listening to an old dying bear on their journey. The old bear told them the one of the ways to get to the last great wilderness, in the text the old bear have said, "To cross the big river then smoke mountain, once you pass the last great wilderness is there." Where there is great danger and there four little cubs could not make it alone. One bear doesn't feel that this journey is right for him to go and decides to leave, to go on his own path.. The three bears are determined to get to the last great wilderness, to pass the big river and smoke mountain but the bears are in great danger of what lies ahead...

This adventure book was very interesting to read. I love the different point of views of the bears the author made the book very intriguing . I recommend this book for those who love to read adventure about animals. ( )
