Characters that make you think, I know him…Doesn’t he go to church with me? Excellent. A must read for everyone. ( )4/10.Obviously a childrens book but old-fashioned. Not funny or heart-warming and I didn't realise the characters were as horrible before - kidnapping, selfishness etc.. Pooh Bear, is all about exploring a child's imagination. Milne's cast of character's are so iconic that every child, generation after generation have fallen in love with Pooh Bear, Eyore,Piglet, Rabbit,Wise old Owl and of course Christopher Robin. Although the characters are one dimensional, as a whole they make up a childhood, with it's many separate moods, and experiences. Cute, warm-hearted, quite original stories. I think I've read some of these as comics when I was very young -- hence an air of familiarity. I liked Pooh's character, the slowness and stubborness, and how nobody ever was in a hurry. I used to buy anything Winnie the Pooh when my children and grandchildren were growing up and even at my age I'm enjoying reading this one very much. I still read (supposedly) childrens classics. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
